Aniela Ciuca, RCIC-IRB, BA, MPub, GDiplCL

Aniela is the Founder and lead Immigration Consultant at AniCan Immigration INC. She holds an unrestricted practice RCIC – IRB license.

Aniela is a graduate of the Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law Program (GDiplCL)
 from the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University, Ontario, Canada. Aniela has extensive knowledge in Canadian immigration matters and her interest and passion to assisting clients in this area is unparalleled.

Aniela is also appointed as a Commissioner for Taking Affidavits for British Columbia. She offers Attestation and Statutory Declarations for Immigration purposes, which includes: Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union, Sworn Affidavit for Translation, Sworn Letters of Invitation and any type of visa support letters. 

Furthermore, Aniela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Publishing, Journalism and Media at Middlesex University, London UK, a Bachelor of Arts in Publishing Media from Oxford Brookes University, Oxford, UK and a Masters in Publishing at Simon Fraser University. Her past experiences in legal academic publishing at Oxford University Press, Oxford, UK and CLEBC in Vancouver, BC are a great asset to our team and to providing excellent services to our clients.
